Storage
The Whiteside County Fair Grounds is an excellent place to store your RV, camper, boat, cars or trailers for the winter. There are 8 large buildings, 4 with cement floors and 4 with gravel floors.
The following are the 2026-2027 rates & regulations:
l.) Storage received only on Saturdays, October 31st, 2026 AM to 3 PM & November 7th 2026, 7 AM to Noon.
No reservations are accepted, all units received on a “first come – first served” basis.
2.)Rates are as follows: concrete floor buildings. – $175.00 for 1st 20 feet + $5.00 per foot thereafter. All other buildings. – $150.00 for 1st 20 feet + $5.00 per foot thereafter. (2 wheel motorcycles $75.00 on concrete; $50 on gravel.)
3.) Propane tanks MUST be removed from all vehicles. Keys must remain with motorized vehicles so the fair personnel can move them in an emergency. Trailers with hydraulic jacks must be set to lowered position.
4.) Units may be removed, as they become cleared, on Saturday March 27th, 2027 between 7 AM and 3 PM. All units must be out by March 27th. A penalty charge of $5.00 per day will be charged for any unit left beyond this date.
5.) Extreme care will be taken when handling your unit however, be aware that the Fair Board accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any damage or loss. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN INSURANCE!!
