Secretary's Office
- Entries close at noon on the Saturday before the fair.

Advance season ticket sales &
reserved seating (demo derby only)

August 10-14 - week before fair 8am to 4pm
August 15 - Saturday before the fair 8am to Noon
August 17 - Monday before the fair 8am to 4pm
August 18 - 22 Fair Week 9am to closing(approx 9pm)

Admission to all Grandstand Shows included in gate price - no additional charge - free seating.

2600 Free Grandstand Seats and 1000 seats available in portable bleachers for most events.

$10.00 – Adult Daily
$4.00 – Child Daily (age 6-11)

$25.00 – Adult Season

Children under 6 free

Cash only at the gates

Daily Admission will allow re-admission on purchase date with stamp.

Season passes will be punched each day and re-admission will require a daily stamp

Carnival

Opens Daily at 1pm, Saturday at Noon

Wristband Days
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday 1pm-5pm $35 daily band 

MEGA PASS

Ride anytime Carnival is open  

$65 Purchased week prior to Fair                  $75 once fair starts 

Demo Derby Reserved Seating (OPTIONAL)

$10 per seat - available at the Secretary's Office beginning on Monday one week prior to the fair - August 10th, 2026. Must be purchased in person. Cash, Check or Credit Card Accepted. Admission

1300 reserved seats sold on first-served basis
1300 free grandstand seats 
1000 seats available in portable bleachers 

Reserved tickets are not required for the demo derby

Pit passes may be purchased at the demo derby, after entering the fairgrounds, for $20. Pit passes do not guarantee seating and do not include gate admission. 

PLEASE LEAVE PETS AT HOME

The Whiteside County Fair has a NO PET POLICY . . . Please leave your pet at home. Pets are not permitted on the Fairgrounds / Do not leave them in your vehicle.

Emotional Support animals are not allowed on the Fairgrounds - SERVICE ANIMALS ONLY as defined by the Americans with Disability Act are allowed on the facilities.
