| The Whiteside County Fair Grounds is an excellent place to store your RV, camper, boat, cars or trailers for the winter. There are 8 large buildings, 4 with cement floors and 4 with dirt floors as well as other various space available. |
Storage rules & regulations:
1) Storage received only on Saturdays October 15 (boats, cars & pop up
campers only, October 22 & 29th all units, from 7:30 AM until 3:00 PM.
No reservations are accepted, all units received on a
“first come - first served” basis.
2) Rates are as follows: Concrete floor Bldgs. - $150.00 for 1st 20 feet +
$5.00 per foot thereafter. All other Bldgs. - $125.00 for 1st 20 feet +
$5.00 per foot thereafter.
3) Propane tanks MUST be removed from all vehicles. Keys must
remain with motorized vehicles so the fair personnel can move
them in an emergency.
4) Units in driveways in the livestock buildings must all be removed on
Saturday morning, April 21, 2012 between 7:30 AM and noon. A
PENALTY OF $10.00 PER WEEK WILL BE ASSESSED AGAINST THOSE
AISLE UNITS NOT REMOVED ON THIS DATE UNLESS PRIOR
ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE
5) All other units may be removed, as they become cleared, on
Saturdays from April 12 thru May 5th, 2012, between 7:30 AM and 3 PM.
All units must be out by May 5th, 2012. A penalty charge of $5.00 per
day will be charged for any unit left beyond this date. If “special
arrangements” are necessary for removal at any time, a fee will be
charged. Call 815-535-3050 to make arrangements.
6) Extreme care will be taken when handling your unit , however, be
aware that the Fair Board accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any
damage or loss. YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN INSURANCE!!!
