MORRISON, ILL.- Lisa Lincoln of Knoxville took the Premier Exhibitor Trophy at the 140th Annual Whiteside County Fair's Open
Textiles Show. Lincoln also took the top honors in 2005, 2006 and 2008.
With 337 entries the number of exhibits was down from last year.
