


| PERFECT WEATHER GREETED THE PITCHERS AT THE 138TH ANNUAL WHITESIDE COUNTY FAIR'S HORSESHOE TOURNAMENT MORRISON, ILL.- Horseshoe Pitchers gathered in the infield of the horse track for the annual Whiteside County Fair's Horseshoe Tournament. Each contestant played a round robin match of five games. The winner of Class A was considered the champion. The highest number of points decided all ties, except for Class A, in which case, this must be pitched off. The rules of this tournament are governed by the National Horseshoe Pitchers Association.
